About - A signature inspired by an encounter -

The Unic Collection was conceived when Aude & Gordon met and fell in love with two lands of character, Provence and Scotland, bringing together these two exceptional residences: Saint-Rémy-de-Provence and Troon. It is more than a collection of properties; it is an expression of a personal vision of hospitality, where each estate embodies a deep connection to nature, history and authenticity.
